De sambata trecuta!
Pulpa de vitel coapta in lut, os cu maduva aromatizata cu usturoi si cimbrisor, cartofi in untura de rata, muraturi de casa, sos de branza si sos demiglace.

Nu am lucrat in bucatarii cu stele michelin. Dar atata timp cat carnea nu este cea congelata din comert, sosurile nu sunt la galeata, ingredientele sa fie de calitate si o chifla corecta, nu ai cum sa scoti burgerul ala pe care il viseaza clientul. Nu sub 30-45 lei! Doar chiflele brioche cu care lucram costau 3.7lei/buc. O chiftea facuta corect, la 280Gr, costa in jur de 10-13 lei. Mai adauga si sosuri facute in casa, salate, bacon, branze, garnituri, etc
